Bacon-Wrapped New Potatoes on the Grill

INGREDIENTS:
15 small new potatoes 5 slices bacon, cut into thirds 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix 1 tablespoon B&B Texas Style Pork Rub 15 wooden toothpicks, pre-soaked
DIRECTIONS:
Light B&B Pecan BBQ Grill Wood and let burn until glowing hot. Lightly oil the grate. Wrap each potato with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick, which has been soaking in water for at least 30 minutes. In a small bowl, mix together dry ranch dressing mix and B&B Texas Style Pork Rub. Sprinkle the dry mix onto the wrapped potatoes. Place the wrapped potatoes on the grill. Turn the potatoes with tongs several times to allow the bacon to cook on all sides. The potatoes will be done in about 20 to 25 minutes, or when the bacon is nice and crispy. Serves 4 guests, if they make it to the table.
