B&B Mesquite Grilled Marinated Shrimp

INGREDIENTS:

1lb. medium size (41/50) shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails on For the marinade: Juice of ½ lemon 1 teaspoon of prepared horseradish 2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro 1 teaspoon honey 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce ½ teaspoon B&B Texas Style Garlic Pepper Seasoning Your favorite hot pepper sauce to taste 4 wooden skewers, pre-soaked in water for 1 hour

DIRECTIONS:

In a medium sized bowl, whisk together lemon juice, horseradish, honey, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, and cilantro. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and marinade for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Light B&B Mesquite Lump Charcoal and burn until hot and glowing. Lightly oil the grill grate. Remove shrimp from marinate and thread onto pre-soaked skewers, piercing once near the tail and once near the head. Grill until the shrimp turns pink, basting frequently with remaining marinade. Shrimp should cook no longer than 5 minutes per side, dependent upon heat intensity. Remove from grill and enjoy!
