Campfire-Baked Stuffed Apples

INGREDIENTS:
4 medium tart apples, generously cored ¼ cup raisins ¼ cup old-fashioned oats ¼ cup apple cider ½ cup packed brown sugar 4 tablespoons of salted butter, melted ½ teaspoon cinnamon B&B Naturally Dried Firewood Bundle Heavy-duty aluminum foil
DIRECTIONS:
Start campfire using B&B Naturally Dried Firewood. Warm hands and toes while fire gets nice and hot, creating glowing coals. Generously hollow out the top of each apple using a paring knife or melon baller. Using a fork, in a bowl, mix together raisins, oats, apple cider, brown sugar, melted butter and cinnamon. Stuff the mixture into the hollowed out apples. Double-wrap each apple in foil, then, place directly on hot coals. Cook for approximately 10-15 minutes. Carefully remove from coals, unwrap being careful of the steam, and enjoy.
