RECIPE INFO:

PREP TIME: 15 Minutes COOK TIME: 20 Minutes SERVES: 6 Guests

WE RECOMMEND:

B&B Hardwood Charcoal

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup butter, cubed 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 2 Tablespoons brandy ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg 3 medium peaches, peeled and halved 1 pint vanilla bean ice cream B&B Hardwood Charcoal

DIRECTIONS:

Light B&B Hardwood Charcoal and heat grill to medium. Place a small, oven-safe saucepan over indirect heat. Melt the butter, being careful not to scorch. Add brown sugar and cinnamon, stirring until dissolved; remove from heat. Away from the flame, stir in brandy and set to the side. Place peeled peach halves, cut side down, directly onto the grill grate which has been lightly coated with cooking spray. Grill, covered, over medium heat for approximately 20 minutes, or until tender. Brush peaches occasionally with the spiced brandy sauce. When desired tenderness is reached, place grilled peach halves, cut side up, into individual serving bowls. Top each with a scoop of your favorite vanilla bean ice cream, then drizzle with remaining brandy sauce. Garnish with ground cinnamon and nutmeg.
